Professional Objective:  As a progressive leader in the real estate industry, I constantly strive to provide the finest customer service experience to my clients.   With a fifteen year track record of performance excellence, I continue to grow my business by building strong, trustworthy relationships.  In supporting the high ethical standards of RE/MAX Alliance, I have also forged strong business relationships within my office and all levels of the organization.

Business Experience:

I have been a real estate agent since 1985, and embraced many experiences including being a member of several real estate teams, working in the title industry, and specific accomplishments within RE/MAX Alliance.

As a licensed assistant, my responsibilities included a focus on exemplary customer service, team building, administrative services and overall satisfaction of those around me.  These experiences have taught me to successfully manage issues dealing with multiple agents and servicing the same clients.

At Colorado National Title and with First American Heritage Title Company my duties once again included administrative services as well as working directly with other agents and handling closings for my clients. This has further enhanced my knowledge of the real estate industry. It has also increased my communication skills to deal with real estate agents on a different level.  

Working for RE/MAX Alliance, my abilities extend to sales in new home construction as well as commercial and residential real estate.  I have participated as a working team member of the RE/MAX Relocation Department and have volunteered my time with several office related committees.

Leadership Experience:  

I am a graduate of the prestigious Dale Carnegie Human Relations Training Course where I received the “Outstanding Performance” award in 2007.  This was voted and presented to me by my class members. I wanted to give back to the community and am now an assistant coach for the program. This experience has taught me how to build instant rapport with potential clients and how to close the “deal”.
